Rothenburger, Willie (Visitor USA - 1974)
A visitor from Germany, Willie Rothenburger of Stuttgart, came to the United
States recently to visit his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Rothenburger of
Rt. 1 Neillsville, and his cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Jon Karnitz. He spent nearly a
month here between the two families.
The visitor loved it here in America, and said that he will try to come, and
make his home here. Everything is very crowded in Stuttgart, as more refugees
are coming to that city.
Carl Rothenburger has a brother and a sister still living in Stuttgart, which is
his home town. The visit of his nephew and conversations regarding relatives,
old friends, and familiar placed brought back many memories to him.
