Swede and Helen Neuman took over operation of the café in Loyal (Clark Co.,
Wis.) operated for a number of years by Mrs. Vera Roberts.
The Neumans are no stranger to Loyal or the food business, having operated the
tavern now owned by Jim and Donna Dahlke for 25 years. Swede also served as
Loyal's acting Postmaster, and also operated North Mound Tavern before selling
to Jim Ohlhafen a couple of years ago.
