Reigel, Shirley Ann (04 NOV 1972)
Trinity Lutheran Church, Unity, was the setting of the wedding of Shirley Ann
Reigel and Richard Warren Flink.
Rev. James Primley, pastor, officiated at the 1:30 service.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Reigel, Unity, and Mr. and Mrs.
Conrad Flink, Route 2, Colby.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and Mrs. Ansel Messer was the
organist.
A Victorian style organza wedding gown was worn by the bride, with Schliffli
embroidery, with bishop style sleeves and a detachable train. She carried a
bouquet of red roses and white carnations.
Miss Marsha Lynn, Colby, as maid of honor, and Miss Lynn Witte, Colby and Miss
Eileen Gottschalk, Unity, as bridesmaids, wore gowns of burgundy velvet bodice,
with pink chiffon bottom and carried bouquets of pink roses and burgundy
carnations.
John Kassie, Colby, was the best man, and Bill Martens, Loyal, and Bob Flink,
Virginia, were the groomsmen.
Ushers were Ronald Flink, Colby, and Gene Hause, New Berlin.
A 4:00 supper was held for the immediate family and bridal party at Mash Rapids
Supper Club, with a reception and wedding dance at the Unity Memorial Hall.
Mrs. Reigel attends Colby High School and her husband graduated from Colby High
School and is employed by Bruesewitz Builders.
Mr. and Mrs. Flink will be at home at R. 1, Colby.
Guests were present from New Berlin, Chicago, Wisconsin Rapids, Arpin,
Marshfield, Minneapolis, Auburndale, Abbotsford, Colby and Unity.
