The members of the Volunteer Fire Department and their wives enjoyed their annual Christmas party at Shorty's Supper Club Saturday evening. Some of the members from the nearby townships were also invited. Fire Chief Loren Virnig acted as Master of ceremonies during the dinner.

Son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Victor Schoolman at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, on December 1, 1972.

Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Farnsworth spent from Friday until Sunday visiting his sister, Mrs. Myrtle Radke, at Columbus. Also her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Stone, and her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Bradley, who live at Randolph.

The Rev. Roland Roehrs attended a Pastoral Conference at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Stevens Point, on Monday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Farnsworth were Sunday evening visitors with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Farnsworth and family, Marshfield. They celebrated the birthday of Debbie, which was December 4.
