Marshall, Mrs. E.W. (21 NOV 1866 – 4 May 1919 )
Mrs. E.W. Marshall died on Sunday night at the home of Judge and Mrs. James
O’Neill. She was born Nov. 21, 1866, at Weston Rapids and was married to E.W.
Marshall in this city on Sept. 10, 1891. They lived here for a short time and
then moved to Minneapolis. From there they went to Plainfield and about twelve
years ago, they located at Spirit Lake, Idaho. Mrs. Marshall came here about
three months ago to stay with her sisters in the hope that a change of climate
would be beneficial to her failing health. She is survived by her husband and
two sons, James E. Marshall of Salt Lake City and Cyril Marshall, who is in the
navy. Also by three sisters, Mrs. James O’Neill, Mrs. S.F. Hewett and Mrs.
Charlotte Klopf of Spirit Lake.
Mrs. Marshall was a lady of many splendid attainments and while she lived here
made many sincere friends who have been retained throughout her life. In her
passing their sincere sympathy of all are extended to the bereaved family and
relatives. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon at the O’Neill home and was
under the auspices of the Eastern Star Lodge, of which organization the deceased
was a member.
