Tioga (8 May 1919)
Jess Palms passed away Monday at his home at Tioga. The funeral was held
Thursday and the remains laid to rest in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Hans Hogenson and wife drove to Neillsville Wednesday.
Gladys Hizer and George Bedell drove to Willard Tuesday evening.
George Church went to Greenwood Wednesday.
Mike Lakin and Miss Fannie Talaynie were united in marriage last week Monday and
left for Illinois on a visit with relatives.
Mrs. A.W. Loy and Mrs. C.J. Bigelow of Chili spent last week with friends and
relatives here.
Wales Bedell went to Butlerville Sunday to work in the saw mill after spending a
few days at home.
Clinton Carlton spent last week visiting at the S.C. Wightman home.
George Campbell and wife of Willard visited friends here Saturday and Sunday.
