Ollie Linster returned yesterday from overseas.
J.G. Zimmerman spent a few days last week at Muscoda.
Lieut. Arne Peterson arrived home last week from overseas.
Rev. Roberts has tendered his resignation as pastor of the Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Kaiser of Auburndale is visiting with Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Eberhardt.
Floyd Hanson arrived yesterday from overseas. He stopped at Milwaukee to spend a
couple days on his way home.
Prof. Henderson has signed a contract with the Dodgeville schools and will go
there next year. His new position carries with it a substantial increase in
salary.
Rev. Grether received a telephone message Tuesday stating that Black River Falls
will get the proposed Indian school as that city gave 10 acres of land, $3,500
in cash and city water for the project.
Walter Tragsdorf arrived home this week from Panama for a three months’ visit
with his mother. He stopped off in New York to visit his brother and also spent
a short time with his sisters in Madison.
