Chester Hoffman of Thorp was convicted of burglary and was sentenced to one year
at Green Bay. He was taken there by Sheriff Weaver on Tuesday night.
Wenzel Fleischman was convicted of selling cigarettes to minors.
Fred Trepton was acquitted of the charge of obtaining money under false
pretenses. He was the man who was arrested a few months ago for selling
memberships in the Consumers Service and Supply Co.
