Huntley, William (Recent Stroke – 18 MAY 1919)
On Sunday evening Postmaster Wm. Huntley was taken with a stroke of paralysis
and has been in a very serious condition, although his condition seems to be
improving. This is the second attack that Mr. Huntley has suffered. He was
unconscious all day Monday, but Tuesday rallied and there are hopes of his
recovery. He had been sick for several weeks and no doubt the paralysis was the
culmination of the illness. His daughters, Mrs. Richardson of Fargo, N.D., and
Miss Ellen, who has been visiting at Chippewa Falls, together with Chas. Huntley
of Minneapolis were called to the bedside of their father and arrived on Monday.
