Norleen, Dave (1885? – 21 JUL 1968)
News was received of the death of Dave Norleen of Hilmar, California on the 21st
of July, 1968. He was 83 years of age and died at a nursing home in Maryland.
He was born in California and married the former Mae Virch, formerly of Curtiss
(Clark Co., Wis.), in 1914 at St. Paul, Minnesota. The couple was blessed with a
daughter and five sons, all of whom survive. He was flown from Maryland to
Hilmar, California, where he was buried.
He operated a cheese factory near Curtiss and Abbotsford at one time, and lived
in Green Bay for many years.
He was a frequent visitor to Curtiss these late years.
