Pvt. James R. Helms, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett D. Helms, Loyal (Clark Co.,
Wis.), completed an eight week administration course July 5, 1968 at Ft. Leonard
Wood, Missouri.
He was trained in the preparation of military records and forms. Instruction was
also given in fundamentals of the Army filing systems, typing and operation of
office machines.
