Kingswan, Victor James (16 December 1976 – 7 July 2017)

Victor Kingswan, 40, of Holmen died Friday, July 7, 2017, at the Gundersen Health Center in La Crosse.

Victor James Kingswan was born Dec. 16, 1976, in St. Paul, MN, the son of Stewart Neaudau, and Gale (Kingswan) Downey. He worked as a cook and loved to travel the United States.

His hobbies included fishing, making dreamcatchers, and doing arts and crafts.

He is survived by his siblings: Gus, Cody, Gabe, Forrest, Sylvia, Roger Jr., and Kaydon, along with his mom, Carla Kingswan, little mom, Rita Kingswan and uncle Courage Kingswan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, his mom, Georgia, his uncle Chuck and an infant sister, Crystal.

Funeral services for Victor were held at 12 p.m. Monday July 10, 2017, at the Ho-Chunk Community Center. Burial was in the Dewey Mike Cemetery. Visitation was from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, both at the Ho-Chunk Community Center.
