Rachel Sossaman and Matthew Obrock were united in marriage on May 28, 2017, at Zion Lutheran Church in Colby.

Rachel is the daughter of Tracy and Norma Sossaman, Dorchester. She is a graduate of Colby High School and has earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology and pharmacology/toxicology from UM-Madison. Rachel will graduate in May of 2018, with a doctorate in optometry from Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, TN.

Matthew is the son of John and Debra Obrock, Pemberville, OH. He is a graduate of Eastwood High School, Pemberville and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in bio-engineering from the University of Toledo. He is currently employed as a research and development product engineer at Wright Medical in Memphis TN. Matthew is also a First Lieutenant in the US Army National Guard.

Matron of honor was Kate Tischendorf; Bridesmaids were Erin Losey; Joy Pehler; Kaleigh Obrock; and Caitlin Byrne.

Best man was Zach Welling; Groomsmen were Eric Losey; Craig Obrock; Corey Bettenbrock; and Sam Moser.

Ushering duties were done by Arik Tischendorf; the ring bearer was Ethan Losey.

The couple will travel to Europe in May of 2018 for their honeymoon and reside in Memphis, TN.
