Lehmann, Charles E. (20 NOV 1890 – 15 MAR 1969)
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 18 at St. Paul's Lutheran
Church in Curtiss, for Charles E. Lemann, 79, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), who died
Saturday in St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
The Rev. Roger Tellock pastor, officiated, and burial was made in the Riverside
Cemetery in Withee.
Pallbearers were Norman Frederick, Clifford Wenzel, Bill Geary, James Stephens,
Eugene Telin and Roger Nicks.
Mr. Lehmann was born November 30, 1890 in West Liberty, Iowa, where he also
received his education. A ingle man, he came to Owen in 1920 and farmed there
until 1951, when he retired and moved into Owen.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Gracie Nicks, Owen and Viola Mollison, West
Liberty, Iowa; two brothers, Pierce and Perry, both of West Liberty, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by two sisters.
