Klabon, Wilhelmina C. (29 JAN 1888 – 23 MAR 1969)

Funeral services will be held today at St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee for Mrs. Louis (Wilhelmina Caroline) Klabon, 61, Withee, who died Sunday of a lingering diseas.

Rev. Leroy Urman will officiate, with burial to be made at Kennan Cemetery, Kennan, Wisconsin.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth, Larry, Kirby, Arthur, Duane and Mark Klabon.

The former Wilhelmina Caroline Tegan was born January 29, 1888 in Germany. On July 25, 1939 in Phillips, Wis., she was married to Louis Klabon. She lived in Two Rivers, Wis. until the age of 16, then in Catawba, until her marriage in 1939. Since that time she has lived on route 2, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.).

Survivors include her husband; two step-sons, Arthur and Theodore of Withee; seven step-daughters, Mrs. George (Lillian) Amand, Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Louis (Anna) Kurhais, Arlington Heights, Ill.; Mrs. Gerald (Olga) Leese of Half Day, Ill.; Mrs. John (Gertrude) Bullard, Melrose Park, Ill.; Mrs. David (Alma) Hardt, Twin Lakes, Wis.; Mrs. Alvin (Emily) Hitzke, Chciago, Ill.; and Mrs. Leslie (Tillie) Puganda, Rockford, Ill.; one sister, Louis Tegan of Withee; one brother, Herman Tegan, Mendota, Ill.; 26 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
