Steager, Pauline (26 MAR 1909 – 12 MAY 1969)

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 15, 1969 at two o'clock at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home for Mrs. Peter (Pauline) Steager. Rev. H.W. Luetkehoelter will officiate, with burial being made at Riverside Cemetery..

Death was due to leukemia and occurred at St. Joseph's Hospital at Marshfield on Monday, May 12, 1969.

Pallbearers are to be Fred Rohland, Walter Heideman, Wallace Wood, Earl Petersen, Leon Bruchert and Don Ramberg.

Mrs. Steager, the former Pauline Bessie Robertsen, was born March 26, 1909 in the Town of Hixon (Clark Co., Wis.), and was married to Peter Steager on June 6, 1929 in Withee (Clark Co.).

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Arthur of Waukegan, Ill., and Lyle, route 2, Withee; one daughter, Mrs. Dale (Evelyn) Kamm, Ketchikan, Alaska; three sisters, Mrs. Walter (Elsie) Staske, Stanley; Mrs. Frank (Myrtle) Arndt, Withee, and Mrs. Cletus (Mae) Elmendorf, Seattle, Wash.; two brothers, Ervin Robertsen, Withee and Earl Robertsen, Milwaukee.
