Anchorage, Alaska – Technical Sergeant Jack L. Neuman, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Neuman, Loyal (Clark County, Wis.), is a member of a unit that has earned
the U.S. Air Force Outstanding Unit Award.
Sergeant Neuman, a radio technician in the 21st Composite Wing oat Elmendorf
AFB, Alaska, will wear the distinctive service ribbon to mark his affiliation
with the unit.
His unit was cited for its outstanding record in the areas of combat readiness,
training and support of the Southeast Asia effort. This is the third consecutive
award the wing has won since its formation in July 1966.
The sergeant, a 19533 graduate of Loyal High School, is married to the former
Judith A. Hendrichs.
