Gerald Majka, rural Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and a graduate of Owen-Withee High
School was among the 528 students who were graduated from Wisconsin State
University at River Falls on the 25th of May 1969.
Dr. Richard P. Bailey, president of Hamline University, St. Paul, was the
speaker at the 2 p.m. ceremony at Karges Center on the River Falls campus.
Majka was awarded the B.S. degree in Arts and Sciences, with a double major in
sociology and psychology.
