Tim L. Bulgrin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Bulgrin, 106 S. Harding St., Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), a graduate of Owen-Withee High School, attained the Dean's Honor Roll at Milwaukee School of Engineering during the Spring Quarter of the 1968/69 school year.

To be named to the Dean's Honor Roll at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher out of a possible 4.0.

A total of 215 students attained the Honor Roll during the Spring Quarter, which ended May 16, of whom 35 had a grade point average of 3.7 or higher. These students represent a cross section of those enrolled in electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as those enrolled in the engineering technology curriculums at MSOE.
