Mroczenski, Patricia D. (Myszka) (12 MAR 1939 - 8 AUG 2017)

Patricia D. Mroczenski, 78, passed away on Aug. 8, 2017. She was born March 12, 1939.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski, on Friday, Aug. 11, at 11 a.m. Rev. Charles Hiebl will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar, and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski.

Patricia D. Mroczenski, 78, died Tuesday, August 8, 2017 under the care of Interim Hospice at Azura Memory Care, Wausau.

She was born March 12, 1939 in Athens, daughter of the late Joseph and Erma (Soucek) Myszka. On October 12, 1957 she married Dennis Mroczenski at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. He preceded her in death on April 26, 2004.

Survivors include her children, Roger (Debbie) Mroczenski, Waukesha, Tamara Welker, Medford, Cindy (Keith) Kunkel, Sussex, Kristine (Richard) Cotts, Waukesha, Carrie (Roy) Schug, Athens, Larry (Tami) Mroczenski, Marathon and Scott (Estella) Mroczenski, Fort Lauderdale, Florida; grandchildren, Paul (Jennine), Becky (Jason), Lisa, Holly, Andy (Kelly), Matthew, Brandon (Ivy), Courtney, Anthony, Brent, Sierra, Katlynn, Jake, Alexa and Mason; step-grandchildren, Paul, Nathen and Kattie; nine great-grandchildren, five step great-grandchildren; siblings, Priscilla Stenzel, Norbert (Jane) Myszka, Benny (Carmen) Myszka, Donald (Bonnie) Myszka, Janice Barr, Dale (Mindy) Myszka, Joleen (Marvin) Dassow, Sharon (Ronald) Dassow, Debby (Kirk) Cwikla and Monelle (Larry) Johnson.

Besides her parents and husband, Dennis, she was preceded in death by a brother, DuWayne Myszka, infant sister, Luann, infant brother, Jerome and a granddaughter, Emily.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2017 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. Rev. Charles Hiebl will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Azura Memory Care for their kind, compassionate care given to Patricia during her time there.
