Mr. and Mrs. Joe Switzky of Madison were weekend visitors at the home of her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Burhop, and also attended the baptism of Kim Renee
Prock in Eau Claire on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. C. Kangas and Joe Wnukowski enjoyed a nice visit with the
George Wnukowski family in Sparta on Sunday.
Art Wolfram and his friend of New Auburn, George Lange, drove to Amery Friday,
where they visited Mr. Lange's daughter, Mrs. Ruth Anderson, who is confined
there at the hospital with spinal injuries.
Mr. and Mrs. Roger Wolfram of Eau Claire, and Gloria Erickson of Stoughton
visited with their father, Art Wolfram of Owen, Saturday and Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Burke and two daughters came here Friday evening from their
home in Spencer and attended the homecoming football game, in addition to
enjoying a visit with many of their friends.
Rhys Woller, freshman student at WSU, Platteville, enjoyed the homecoming
weekend here with his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Lloyd Woller.
Saturday, Jack Olds was dismissed from St. Joseph's Hospital, where he had been
for more than a week, and returned to his home in the city.
The Ted Kafka family left Friday evening, driving to Antigo where they enjoyed
the weekend with relatives.
