On October 19, 1969 at 9:30 a.m. Kim Renee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Prock, was baptized at Christ Church Cathedral in Eau Claire. Dean Brandt officiated. Sponsors were Mrs. Darlene Switzky, Mrs. Pattie Pawlak and Alan Burhop.

Following the baptism there was a noon luncheon held at the Robert Prock home. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Switzky, Madison; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Burhop, Alan Burhop, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Stasek and son Paul, and Mrs. Clara Roohr, all of Owen; and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Pawlak and son Kurt of Eau Claire.
