Bahr, David K. (8 JUL 1953 - 15 AUG 2017)

David K. Bahr, 64, of Four Corners, Wyo. died on Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017 at his home.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19 at Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel in Spearfish, SD.

David K. Bahr was born to Connie and Charlie Bahr on July 8, 1953 in Medford. He married Pamela A. Chouninard on Feb. 14, 1992. Of that union, Angela Michelle and Gabriel David were born.

While on this earth, David, above all, loved the Lord and tried to live his life and guide his family accordingly to God's teachings, to help anyone in need and be a friend to all. He enjoyed logging and carpentry as his trades and practiced them throughout his life. He was passionate about his family including his beloved pets, hunting and fishing, leading him to Wyoming, where he would make his family's home in the Black Hills. He took great pride in building his log home with his daughter, Angela, with the pine timber cut off his land. He was a great father, husband and best friend and will be dearly missed.

David is survived by his wife, Pamela; daughter, Angela (Ryan) Yuronich of Newcastle; sisters, Arlene (Clarence) Strebig, Helen Bahr, Diane Bahr; and stepchildren, Mick, Michelle, Keith and Elijah.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Constance and Charles Bahr; sister, Carolyn (Ronald) Rehbein; and son, Gabriel Bahr.

Arrangements are under the care of Fidler-Isburg Funeral Chapel and Crematory Service of Spearfish, S.D.
