Mr. Casey Legowski and Mike Ustianowski drove Mike's mother home from the hospital, Mrs. Antoinette Ustianowski.

Mrs. Martha Pawlicki celebrated her birthday Sunday afternoon at her daughter's home, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Nichols of R.R., Gilman. Helping to celebrate were her daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wisniewski and family, her step-son, Mr. and Mrs. Adam Pawlicki and daughter, her brother, Mr. and Mrs. Florian Lsiecki of Lublin; her sister, Mrs. Lillian Gunia of Gilman; her niece, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Chmielowisz of Glen Flora; Mr. and Mrs. Casey Legowski and Mrs. Stephanie Lewandowski of Lublin.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Halida celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary Saturday evening. The reception and celebration took place at the American Legion Hall of Thorp. About a hundred guests helped to celebrate.

Conrad Reyzer of Superior spent the weekend at home with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Maylon Reyzer.

Michael Ustianowski spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Ustianowski. He attends the River Falls College. He also observed his birthday Sunday.
