Panek, Frank F. (25 NOV 1907 – 12 FEB 1970)
Frank F. Panek, 62, of Franklin Park, Ill., formerly of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.),
passed away Thursday, February 12, 1970. Funeral services were held Monday,
February 16th at St. Hedwig's Chapel. Rev. Joe Walejewski, pastor, officiated at
the ten a.m. service, with interment being in St. Hedwig's New Cemetery.
Military services were conducted with the firing squad of the American Legion
participating. The flage was presented to Joseph Panek by Harry Badzinski.
Pallbearers were Teddy Kryzanski, Mike Kryzanski Jr., David Panek, Daniel Panek,
Henry Oelberg, and Dr. R.H. Stuesser.
Mr. Panek, a disabled veteran, was born November 25, 1907 at Thorp, and has
resided in Franklin Park, Illinois the last years.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Anna Panek; two brothers, Joe and George Panek,
both of Thorp; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Phillip of Franklin Park, Illinois,
(Marge) Mrs. Henry Oelberg of River Grove, Illinois; (Katherine) Mrs. Mike
Kryzanski, and (Tashia) Mrs. Ralph Stuesser, both of Thorp. He was preceded in
death by his father, John Panek, one brother, Peter, and one sister (Pauline)
Mrs. Quentin Phillip.
