Anita was born at home in the township of Frankfort on Sept. 1, 1933, the

Anita was united in marriage to Wendell Bauman on June 13, 1953, at Zion

hours were spent attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and any other
activities that they had going on. Listening to polka music and watching the
Badgers, the Brewers and the Packers was another of her favorite pastimes. She
and Wendell enjoyed traveling to many destinations with tour groups to places
such as Germany, Alaska, the Caribbean and touring Wisconsin on the weekends.
She looked forward to spending time at the family cottage on Long Lake and
playing cards with her friends. Anita was a member of Hope Lutheran Church,
Edgar, and served many different roles at church throughout the years.
