Rossman, Sherri “Sheyre” Suzanne (1 MAR 1967 - 29 AUG 2017)

Sherri “Sheyre” Suzanne Rossman died, surrounded by family at home, from an extended illness Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at the age of 50.

Sherri was born March 1, 1967, to Earl and Katherine Rossman, Cornell.

She graduated from Cornell High School in 1985, then moved to Connecticut to work as a nanny for two years. She later moved to River Falls, where she worked as a homecare worker for a year, prior to moving to California in 1989. In California, she again worked as a nanny while she obtained her teaching degree, then began work in a preschool.

After meeting Patrick Brown, she moved to Washington and they started a family. Their son, Austin “Gabe” Brown, was born in 2014. Because of failing health, she moved back to Wisconsin in 2013 to be near family.

She is survived by her son – Austin “Gabe” Brown; her parents – Earl and Katherine Rossman; siblings – Zita Rossman, Ramona (Tim) Seidlitz, Teresa (Steve) Wajek, Rebecca (Joseph) Lodahl and Earl Rossman; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service was held at the United Methodist Church in Jim Falls Saturday Sept. 2.
