Frischman, Dennis L. (14 JUL 1949 - 20 SEP 2017)
Dennis L. Frischman, 68, Township of Chelsea, passed away on Wednesday September
20, 2017 at his residence under the care of Hope Hospice & Palliative Care.
He was born on July 14, 1949 in Medford, WI to the late Erwin and Lorraine
(Fischer) Frischman. He was married to Jean (Schreiner) on September 14, 1996 in
Medford, WI. They celebrated their 21st anniversary earlier this month. He
attended Whittlesey Grade School, Pleasant Heights Middle School and Medford
Senior High where he graduated in 1967.
Dennis worked for Weather Shield Windows for 37 years until he retired May 5,
2008. He was a member of the Army National Guard where he earned the rank of
Sergeant 1st class and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Medford. In his
spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, bean bags, bowling, playing cards and
golfing.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife Jean Frischman; Children: Corey Frischman
of Medford and Dena Purdue of Medford; Sister: Jerene Loeffler of Medford;
Brother: Butch (Claire) Frischman of Medford; 4 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents Dennis is preceded in death by his sisters, Carol and
Linda Frischman and Step-Son Brad Schreiner.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday September 23, 2017 at
Trinity Lutheran Church in Whittlesey. Pastor Randal Jeppersen will officiate.
Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake at a later date. Visitation will
be held at the church Friday September 22, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 PM. Visitation
will continue on Saturday September 23, 2017 from 10:00 AM until the time of
service at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made out in Dennis’s name to
Trinity Lutheran Church, Hope Hospice & Palliative Care or Taylor County Humane
Society.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford and Rib Lake has been entrusted with
