Mueller, Sherry Lynn (Wegerer) (17 MAR 1948 - 14 SEP 2017)
Sherry Lynn Mueller, age 69, passed away on Sept. 14, 2017. She was surrounded
by her family and friends at home on McCook Lake, S.D., where she slipped away
peacefully.
A memorial in her memory will be held at Medford City Park, in pavilion three at
2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30. All family members and friends are welcome to
join. Whether you have known Sherry for one hour or 69 years, all that met her
can say she had a self-respect and humorous appreciation in life that was one of
a kind.
Sherry was born in Deer Creek (Taylor County, WI) on March 17, 1948.
Her father, Arthur Lee Wegerer, and her brother, Arthur Lee Wegerer, preceded
her in death.
Her mother, Hazel Wegerer (Brunner) lives in Ellsworth. Sherry is also survived
by a sister, Darla (Bill) Moquin; two brothers, Terry (Elaine) Wegerer and Ron
(Judy) Wegerer. In her years, she was a loving and caring mother to Penny Lynn
Mueller, Lonny Lee Mueller, Kerry Lynn (Mark) Fechheim, Tammy Lynn (Steve)
Kautzer and Tiffonny Lynn Mueller (Josh). She was also a grandmother to,
Kristopher/Topher and Jamie Fechhelm, Shanaley Lynn Mueller, Jacob Lee, Danielle
Nicole, Tristynn Lee and Andrew James Mueller, Schyan and Kaeden Kautzer and
Amanda Cookson; and a great-grandmother to Neveah and Gabriel.
Most of her family still resides in the Medford area. She spent most of her life
there, as well, and went to Medford Senior High School. Her extraordinary love
for animals kept her busy with beloved pets from a chihuahua to a rottweiler.
She loved all of her dogs and animals of all kinds.
