Sunday dinner guests at the Eugene Budzinski home in honor of Reverend George
Starks and family of Oakland City, Indiana, who gave his first sermon at his
home church, were: Reverend and Mrs. George Starks of Oakland City, Indiana;
Ruby Starks and Bruce jacks of Wausau; Mrs. Ruth Dean and Cheryl of Stevens
Point; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bushlen and Edith Shortell of Vesper; Mr. and Mrs.
Everett Dietzman and Mrs. Bethke of Gilman; Mr. and Mrs. Emory Starks, and Mrs.
Marlon Poppe and family. Afternoon and supper guests were: Reverend and Mrs.
George Starks and family, Mr. and Mrs. Mack Hoeck and family of Gilman, Mr. and
Mrs. John Budzinski, Betty, Tammy and Bernard, and Miss Joan Dalke of Eau
Claire, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Budzinski and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Truckey and family.
Mrs. Walter Dahm and Donna, and Mrs. Leon Andruskiewicz and Donna visited Mrs.
James Dahm and son at St. Joseph’s Hospital Monday night.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Romanowski and family were among those who helped Mrs. Anton
Jacque celebrate her birthday Saturday night.
Mrs. Bernadine Jensen and family attended a graduation party for Carol Licht at
Boyd on Saturday night.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Schesel of Boyd visited at the Bernard Jacque home on Saturday
night.
Terry and Jerry Frese of Oxford spent the weekend at the home of their father,
Emmett Frese.
Mrs. Stanley Kosik visited Katherine Lato on Tuesday night.
