Baccalaureate and graduate degrees will be granted to some 300 candidates at 6
p.m. Friday, August 7, 1970, when Whitewater State University holds its annual
summer commencement exercises in Warhawk Stadium.
Presiding officer will be Dr. Robert Ulrich, assistant vice-president for
academic affairs, with Milton Neshek, member of the State Universities Board of
Regents, in attendance to assist Dr. Charles E. Morphew, WSU vice-president, in
conferring the undergraduate and graduate degrees.
The graduates will include William C. Ruff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ruff,
204 E. Main Street, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), who will receive a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree in Finance.
