Baldeschwiler, Karl (28 JAN 1888 – 24 JUL 1970)

Karl Baldeschwiler, 82, passed away at Memorial Home, Neillsville, on Friday, July 24, 1970, of old age.

Mr. Baldeschwiler, a retired city employee, was born January 28, 1888, in Germany. H was married to Anna Rogg in Germany. They came to the states in 1925.

Funeral services were held at ten a.m., Monday, July 27, at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.). Father Brockman officiated, and burial was made in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were" Edmund Alger, A.F. Bishop, Malen Malinowski, Dr. R.H. Stuesser, Tom Baldeschwiler, R. Zaborowski.

Surviving are his wife, Anna, at the Memorial Home, Neillsville; two sons, Walter of Marshfield and Max of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one daughter, Hildegard, of Eau Claire; and eight grandchildren.
