Carl Leslie Balciar, 63, Town of Hammel, died Monday, February 24, 2003, following an accident while working for the Taylor County Highway Department, in the Town of Browning.

Hemer Funeral Service of Medford is assisting the family with arrangements.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Medford, with Rev. Daniel Block officiating.

His sons will carry their father's cremains. Visitation will be at 9 a.m., Saturday, March 1, at the church.
