Wojcik, Gloria A. (Ogurek) (7 NOV 1930 - 2 NOV 2017)

Gloria A Wojcik, 86 of Gilman, died Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Oakbrook Nursing and Rehab Center-Thorp under the care of Hope Hospice.

She was born on November 7, 1930 the daughter of George and Victoria (Krylowski) Ogurek. Gloria grew up in the Lublin area and married John H. Wojcik on September 3, 1949 in Lublin.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, John of Gilman, 15 children, Kathy (Tim) Cornell of Jump River, Denny (Colleen) Wojcik of Gilman, Gary (Renada) Wojcik of Narvon, PA, Sharon (David) Bacha of Lublin, David (Tammy) Wojcik of Gilman, Steven (Delores) Wojcik of Eleva, Eddie (Angie) Wojcik of Lititz, PA, Bill Wojcik of Thorntown, IN, Marie (Jason) Albrecht of Eau Claire, Michael (Melissa) Wojcik of Gilman, Karen (Bryan) Clark of Gilman, Jim (Karen) Wojcik of Fall Creek, Paul (Jessica) Wojcik of Gilman, Daryl (Sarah) Wojcik of Chippewa Falls and Debbie (Dan) Chaplinski of Ewa Beach, HI, a son in law, Jim Westaby of Stanley.

Gloria is also survived by 47 grandchildren, Renee, Jessica, Matthew, Rachel, Ben, Johnathan, Elaina, Michael, Elizabeth, Maddy, Erica, Maria, Kara, Troy, Adam, Derrick, Leah, Kyle, Jayd, Isaiha, Ryan, Ricky, Deanna, Johanna, Taylor, Isaac, Samantha, Alissa, Brandon, Chandler, Aaron, Alexander, Kayla, Ashley, Emily, Casey, James, Justin, Andrew, Colton, Darren, Sam, Tyler, Cashton and Logan, 23 great grandchildren, a sister, Ramona Szczech of Stanley and one brother, George Ogurek, Jr. of Chicago, IL.

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents, two grandchildren, Aaron and Elizabeth Westaby, brothers, Raymond, Eugene, Donald and Norbert Ogurek and one sister, Virginia Stienke.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church-Gilman with Father Madanu Lourdu officiating.

Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery-Lublin. Visitation will be from 1-4 PM on Sunday at the Gilman funeral home with a 4 PM Rosary and Monday morning one hour prior to
services at the Church.
