Jacobs, Chris Jake Jr. (22 OCT 1944 - 27 OCT 2017)

Chris Jake Jacobs Jr., 73, of Stetsonville, tragically passed away on Oct. 27, 2017
on his beloved family homestead in Arpin.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11 at Richfield Municipal Building on Richfield Dr. in Marshfield starting at 1 p.m. Per Chris’s request, he asks to have his ashes spread out on his private land, which will happen at a later date.

Chris was born on October 22, 1944, to Chris and Barbara Jacobs in Arpin. The same
land where he took his first breath was the same place where he had his last breath. In his spare time he loved working and being on the Jacobs acres.

He was a classic car enthusiast and had a love of old farm equipment. He enjoyed family gatherings, auctions, steam shows and cook-outs. Chris was a hard working man who offered his help to anyone in need.

Chris is lovingly survived by his children, Chris Jacobs III, Dan (Alicia) Jacobs and Michael (Kari) Jacobs; two granddaughters, Mya and Danica; and mother of his children, Judie Jacobs. He is further survived by his siblings, Richard Jacobs, Arlene (Ed) Brookhart, Irene (Glen) Bukovec, Marlene Feit and Katy (Dave) Feit; and brother-in-law, Richard Ponkratz.

Chris is preceded in death by his son, David E. Jacobs; parents, Chris and Barbara Jacobs; and his sisters, Christine Ponkratz and Pauline Krause.
