Mr. and Mrs. Bill Mackovitz of Bridge View, Illinois visited with the Mike Nowak
family for several days. Then they and the Nowaks spent Friday and Saturday at
Rice Lake with the Leonard Nowak family, Mike's son. Also they helped celebrate
Catherine Nowak's 14th birthday on Saturday. Catherine is a daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Leonard Nowak. They fished there and came home happy.
Mr. and Mrs. John Ustianowski of Chicago visited with his brother, Phillip
Ustianowski. They also visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grabski and wanted to
say hello to their nephew Michael, who is in the Navy. Good luck to him from
Uncle John and Aunt Frances Ustianowski.
Mr. and Mr.s Carmen Ricca and his relatives spent the weekend at Carmen's
resident here.
Mr. Steve Niznik made a business trip to Eau Claire on Monday of this week.
T-Sgt. Edward and Mrs. Edward and also daughter, Teresa, of Mauston, visited the
past Wednesday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Grabski, and Edward's
relatives of rural Thorp. They also visited with Ed's brother and family, Mr.
and Mrs. Frank Sarafin of Thorp. Mrs. Ed Sarafin celebrated her birthday at her
parent's home and had a pleasant birthday.
