Rowe, William Robert (Baptism – 1 September 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rowe, Rt. 1 Granton, presented their infant son, William Robert, for baptism Sunday, September 1, at the York Center United Methodist Church. The Rev. Gene Carlson officiated. Sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Alhborn of Minocqua. The baby, who was born June 6, has a sister, Lori.

The Rowe’s entertained later with a noon dinner in honor of the baptism. Guests, in addition to the sponsors, included Rev. and Mrs. Carlson, Loyal; the baby’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Milford Rowe and Mrs. Irving Vine, Granton; Dennis Alhborn, Minocqua; Bonnie Carey, Woodruff; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Vine and family Rolling Meadows, Il.; Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kissinger, Chili; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Vine and family, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Vine, Kenneth Vine, Ronald Vine, Mrs. Verla Hales, and Mr. and Mrs. Theamore Vine, of Granton.
