Allard, Zane Donald Mathew (31 AUG 2017 - 12 NOV 2017)

Zane Donald Mathew Allard, born Aug. 31, 2017, to Joel T. Allard Jr. and Kayla Zimmer, went home to be with Jesus Nov. 12, 2017, after having valiantly fought VACteRLS Syndrome in a very difficult battle to hold onto life this side of eternity.

In Zane’s short time on earth, he touched so many people so very deeply. His family members, church family, friends, doctors and nurses, as well as so many others in the community, stood beside Zane and his family in prayer and support, rooting him on from near and far.

Zane had an indescribable impact in all of these lives, which will remain with each of them forevermore. He moved mountains and he fought so hard for so long. Nothing was easy for him at any point of his time here on earth, but he knew how to change lives. That was easy for him.
Zane is our super hero, and will be dearly loved and missed by all, but especially by his parents, and brother and sister, Connor Allard and Skylar Allard.

He is survived by his parents; siblings; his maternal grandparents – Greg and Denise Zimmer, Tony; his paternal grandparents – Joel and Judy Allard, Holcombe, Rachelle Owen, Chippewa Falls, and James and Bonnie Sybers, Tony; his great-grandparents – Madeline Alberson, Tony, Donald Allard, Cornell, and Connie Smith, Trego; his maternal aunts – Samantha (Dave) Heath, Eau Claire, Nicole Zimmer, Eau Claire, and McKensey Zimmer, Tony; his paternal aunts and uncles – Sarah Payne (Dusty Kinas-Beck), Marshfield, Tiffany Allard, Ladysmith, Karen Gjelhaug, River Falls, Tucker Allard, Holcombe, Hunter Allard, Holcombe, Jacob Gjelhaug (Allison Hines), St. Paul, Minn., and Leah Allard, Holcombe; his maternal cousins – Carsyn Heath and Ryland Heath; paternal cousins – Ayden Payne, Branton Allard-Zink, Scarlett Haroldson, Elaine Haroldson, Kolban Nye and Miles Gjelhaug; and many great-aunts and uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents – Joseph Mathew and Henrietta Zimmer, Virgil Alberson, Iris Allard and Lonnie Owen.

A celebration of life will be held at the Sheldon Full Gospel Church Saturday, Nov. 18, at noon. Visitors will be received by the family at the church from 9 a.m. to noon. Interment will be at the Cornell Cemetery with a lunch following immediately at Faith Baptist Church in Cornell.

Help us send Zane off in Superman style by wearing your favorite super hero attire.
