Deavers, Thomas (11 February 1952 – 20 November 2017)

Thomas Deavers, 65, of Neillsville passed away suddenly Monday, Nov. 20, 2017. He was born Feb. 11, 1952.

Thomas loved traveling, fishing, hunting, and enjoyed retired life with his wife of 41 years.

He touched the lives of everyone who knew him, and he will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Tom is survived by his wife, Sharon (Wilson) Deavers; two children, Steven (Melinda) Deavers, and Shari (Jeff) Sirvio; four grandchildren, Issabella and Jeffrey Sirvio, Zachary and Lela Deavers; five sisters, Frances Deavers, Brenda Deavers, Aritha (Allen) Erwin, Paula Deavers, and Martha Deavers. He is further survived by his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Wilson, a brother-in-law, Ronald Wilson, several nieces, and nephews, and many, many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Francis Deavers, mother Bette (Kane) Deavers, sister Patricia Deavers, father-in-law Audley Wilson, brother-in-law David Wilson, and a niece, Tracy Deavers.

“Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven, where the love of our lost loved ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.”

No services are planned at this time.
