Auman, Robert "Bobby" (1 MAR 1957 – 1 DEC 2017)
Robert “Bobby” Auman, 60, Greenwood, died on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, in the town
of Foster, Clark County. There will be no services but a farewell gathering will
be held in late spring.
Robert Auman was born on March 1, 1957, in Neillsville, the son of Frank Jr. and
Rose (nee Dolenc) Auman. He was raised and received his education in the
Willard/Greenwood area. After completing his education, Bobby moved to Racine
for a couple of years, where he worked in a factory. He moved back to Greenwood
and began working in the woods as a logger. Bobby and his brother David logged
together until the time of his death. He had many interests, but especially
loved being in the woods, mechanics, repairing tractors, riding motorcycle,
fixing anything, and he enjoyed a good conversation.
Bobby is survived by 10 siblings: Mary Ann Lesar of Loyal, Bernice LaMarr of
Neillsville, Nancy Auman of Racine, Jerold (Marilynn) Auman of Willard, Linda
(Dennis Schumacher) Auman-Villalpando of Spencer, Elaine (Robert) Langreck of
Spencer, Rosalie (Darrel Wejner) Auman of Spencer, Angie (Sam) Auman of
Waukesha, Debbie Auman of Genesee, and David Auman of Willard; and many nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers-in-law: Louis Lesar and
Harvey LaMarr.
