Fox, RuthAnn (7 July 1941 – 30 November 2017)
RuthAnn Fox, 76, passed away Nov. 30, 2017, at Suncoast Hospice Woodside in
Pinellas Park, FL. She was born July 7, 1941. RuthAnn was a long-time resident
of Neillsville, and active with the Neillsville Chamber of Commerce. After
retiring from Hardee’s, RuthAnn moved to Florida to enjoy the sunshine, beaches,
and continue her love of nature photography.
RuthAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Lillian (Dallman) Surma,
and daughter, Shari (Bischoff) Sampson.
She is survived by her sister Judy (Surma) Fortier; children Kathryn Bischoff
(Greg Biegel), Lorrie (Bischoff) DeFrancesco (Frank DeFrancesco), Scott Bischoff
(Sara McCormick); grandchildren Danielle Sampson, Dustin Kohl, Joshua Turner,
and Samantha Bischoff; and great-grandchildren Damian Sampson and Kloe Boyer.
