Dr. and Mrs. Virgil I. Mann, Chapel Hill, N.C., announce the engagement of their
daughter, Winnie Lou, to Carter Degen Hill, son of Dr. and Mrs. Eldon F. Hill,
339 McKinley, Ave., Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Miss Mann and her fiancé graduated from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota.
They are students in the University of Minnesota Medical School.
The wedding will be June 16 in Wester Jefferson, North Carolina.
Carter is the oldest grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hill of Loyal (Clark Co.,
Wis.).
