Anthony E. Balicki passed away suddenly November 17, 1970 in St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, Wisconsin. Burial was from Thorp Funeral Home (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.), with military honors on November 20th, from St. Hedwig's. Anthony was laid to rest in the New St. Hedwig's Cemetery.

Surviving are: his wife, Rose E.; son, Gene L. and wife of Slater, Missouri; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; Clifford E. Balicki and family of Excelsior Spring, Missouri; two sisters, Alvina Dodd of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Helen Milewski of Withee; four brothers, Bill of Thorp, Henry of Withee, Charles of Chicago, and Malen of Thorp; also many nephews and nieces from out of town and Thorp.
