Nerdrum, Harley A. (2 JUN 1909 – 20 NOV 1970)
Funeral services for Harley A. Nerdrum, 61, who died November 20, 1970, were
held November 23 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Stanley, with the Reverend
Carl W. Peters officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.
He was born June 2, 1909, in Stanley, and married Nora Brandsness, January 3,
1932, at Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.). They lived in Chicago for 13 years, then
returned to the Stanley area, where they lived since then.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Harley Jr. of Klamath Falls, Oregon,
John of Lansing, Michigan, Dennis at home; four daughters, Mrs. Donna Arneson of
Stanley, Mrs. Judith Karlen of Boyd, Mrs. Patricia Timlin of Milwaukee, and
Sandra at home; four brothers, Alfred of Lansing, Lloyd of Withee, Ronald of
Stanley, and Robert of Kenosha; five sisters, Mrs. Leona Matott of Cadott, Mrs.
Thelma Thompson of Stanley, Mrs. Elloraine Beckman of Thorp, Mrs. Evelyn
Peterson of Curtiss, and Mrs. Bethella Colby of Indianapolis, Indiana; and 13
grandchildren.
