Mr. and Mrs. Paul Gustafson spent Thanksgiving weekend visiting relatives at
Java, South Dakota.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Miller received word of the birth of their 18th
great-grandchild, Jill Kathleen, born to Mr. and Mrs. Paul Murphy of St. Paul on
Sunday morning.
Thanksgiving dinner guests at the Orville Manier home were: Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred
Mohr and Jerry, Mr. and Mrs. Loran Aase and Beth of Spooner, Mr. and Mrs. Bob
Mohr and family of Aurora, Illinois, and Larry and Norman Henneman and some
friends of Millersville, Illinois.
Bud Tayor of Newport, Minnesota spent the deer season at the Lyle Gilbert home.
Miss Carol Horban was dismissed from Vistory Memorial Hospital in Stanley
Wednesday, and is convalescing at her home from her recent auto accident.
Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Hakes and children of Hartford, Wisconsin were Saturday
overnight and Sunday dinner guests at the Richard Hakes home. Mr. and Mrs.
Lavern Hakes and family were also Sunday dinner guests at the Richard Hakes
home.
