Memorial Home (October Birthdays - 1974)
Sixteen residents of Memorial Home were to be honored Wednesday afternoon for
their October birthdays. They included: Idella Hart, Ella Kuehn, Lillian
Phillips, Edward Wolf, Louis Vogel, Nando Craker, Caroline Candahl, Eva King,
Claire Christman, Belle Schofield, Ida Winkler, George Rupprecht, Charles
Anding, Charlotte Scherer, Anna Krause, and Ragnar Mortenson.
The Red Cross Volunteers committee in charge of the monthly party consisted of
Mrs. D. E. Sprague, Mrs. D. H. Jenkins, Mrs. Merlyn Kroll, Mrs. Wallace Wallace,
and Mrs. Bahri Gungor. Mrs. Louis Lesar, Willard, was to provide accordion music
for entertainment.
New volunteers class members were to assist with the party.
