Odau, Gladys (Pertersen) (22 NOV 1940 - 6 JAN 2018)
Gladys Odau, 91, passed away at home under hospice care of pancreatic cancer on
Jan. 6, 2018. Services to be held at a later date.
Gladys was born on Oct. 4, 1926 to James and Anna (Hoffman) Pertersen of
Chelsea. She married Harold (Bud) Odau on Aug. 20, 1947. They were high school
sweethearts and were married for 70 years. They owned Bud's Phillips 66 Station
in Westboro for 46 years. They retired to Colorado in 1996.
Gladys is survived by her husband, Bud of Windsor, Colo.; son, Jamey (Pat) and
their children, Becky, Treta, Rachel (Aaron) of Oak Creek and
great-granddaughter, Abigail; daughter, Suzanne Norlin (John) of Windsor, Colo.
and their children, Mackenzie (John), Bozeman, MT and Riley; son, Brian (Lyn)
Metairie, La. and their children, Elizabeth and Gretchen; and daughter, Kelley
Krueger (Mike) of Cleveland, Ohio and their children, Andrew and Allison. She is
also survived by a brother, Ross Petersen of Phillips and numerous nieces and
nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer
Society.
