U.S. Army Vietnam, January 22, 1971 – Thomas J. Pancyrz, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Pancyrz, route 1, Lublin (Taylor Co., Wis.), recently was promoted to
Army Specialist Five while serving with the 47th Transportation Company in
Vietnam.
Spec. 5 Pancyrz is a heavy vehicle operator with the company.
He entered the Army in June 1969 and completed basi training at Fort Leonard
Wood, Missouri.
The 20-year-old soldier is a 1968 graduate of Gilman High School.
