Pecka, Andrew (30 NOV 1882 – 2 MAR 1971)
Funeral services were held Friday, March 5 at St. Mary's Church, Lublin, for
Andrew Pecka, 88, who passed away Tuesday, March 3, 1971, in Lublin (Taylor Co.,
Wis.). Reverend Roman Misiewicz officiated at the ten a.m. service, and
interment was made in the parish cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Walter Ruda, John Koney, Walter Tyznik Jr., Walter Szymoniak,
Mayland Ogurek, and Raymond Tyznik.
Mr. Pecka, a retired farmer, was born November 30, 1882 in Austria, Poland. He
was united in marriage in 1904 at St. Louis, Missouri, to Teresa Grabos.
Surviving are: his wife, Teresa; three sons, Joseph Pecka of Grafton, Wisconsin,
Frank Pecka of Gilman, Louis Pecka of Lublin; three daughters, (Pauline) Mrs.
John Flammang, (Marie) Mrs. Joseph Mamayek, and Mrs. Stephanie Revolinski, all
of Chicago; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
