Quicker, Roland Ellis (25 August 1929 – 12 December 2017)
Ronald Ellis Quicker, 88, of Bonney Lake, WA, passed away Dec. 12, 2017. He was
born Aug. 25, 1929, in Granton to Roland and Ora (Montomery) Quicker.
After graduating from Granton High School, he joined the U. S. Navy and served
as a submariner until retiring in 1971. When not spending time at sea or with
the family, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Ronald is survived by his wife,
Shigeko (Tkeda) Quicker; sisters: Fay Opelt and Romelle Gillard; as well as
numerous nieces and nephews.
There was a military graveside service at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.
